Warning:  We feel it is important to warn anyone interested in converting a vehicle to CNG or LP to some serious and hazardous problems with other conversion kits.  Beware of low cost conversion kits from China being sold in the USA which are incomplete, have no electronic feedback for proper fuel delivery, no tech support, or warranty service.  Never purchase a kit that does not have an electronic controller with feedback from the oxygen sensor as these kits may be unsafe to operate, and may damage your engine or catalytic converter costing you thousands of dollars in repairs, or physical harm to yourself or others.  There are also lower cost conversion kits with feedback control that do not have the features, software,  and USB computer cable so that you can properly tune the conversion kit.  An improperly tuned kit can cause damage to your engine and exhaust system.  With our kits you can easily properly adjust your kit for proper operation for safe driving and no harm to your vehicle.  See our videos to see how easy our kits are to tune.

We will need the following information about your vehicle when ordering a conversion kit:

There are a few gasoline engines that may require special parts from us, after market parts, or parts rerouted.  They are listed below.
1.  Engines with duel air intake hoses require a dual mixer kit.
The duel mixer kit comes with an additional mixer, a tee fitting, 18" of additional hose, and 4 additional hose clamps.
2.  2007 to 2009 GMC or Chevy trucks may need to use a fuel injector controller and harness. Order if needed.
3.  1999 to 2003 Ford truck engines may need an intake hose that sucks intake air rerouted after the mixer.
4.  Some engines may run better with an aftermarket cold air intake system.  These kits free up space for the regulator and makes the installation of the mixer easier, particularly on smaller vehicles.  These kits include 3" or 4" round tubing, MAF adapter, couplers, clamps and a cone shaped air filter.  Carburetor engines will need the air intake system so the mixer can be installed in or to the round intake tube.  The mixer can be installed to the tubing and installed with hose couplers and hose claps.  If installing the mixer with hose couplers, order the mixer the same size as the tubing.  We recommend installing or at least ordering the air intake system before ordering the CNG conversion kit.  They are available at your local auto parts store or online. See the Spectre brand of at most auto parts stores.

Fill Nozzle Options
We have three fill nozzle options.
1.  Standard fill nozzle with 1/4 turn shutoff valve with 2 ports so it can be installed in-line from the cylinder to the regulator.  This is what you should order unless you need one of the other options.
2.  Strait nozzle without shutoff valve.  For installing in tight or hard to get to locations.  Comes with an extra 1/2 length roll of tubing.  It is connected directly to the tank valve.  The regulator is connected directly to the other port of the tank valve. 
3.  Fill nozzle installed directly on our tank valve.  It can only be used if you order one of our new type 1 or type 2 tanks.  Only to be used on tanks installed outside the vehicle such as in a truck bed with no shell where the filling nozzle will have easy access.


Stainless Steel Fittings Option
For a small additional cost we can supply 1/4" or 3/8" stainless steel fittings so you can install stainless steel tubing instead of the steel tubing that comes with our kits.  We do not supply the stainless steel tubing.  We recommend our steel tubing as it is lower in cost and much easier to install.  Call to order if desired.

Our Millennium conversion kit is universal and works on all gasoline fuel injected engines.
Our Millennium conversion kit is the best kit available anywhere and has many great features, is easy to install and program, and comes with the software and a USB computer cable.  It is available for all EFI electronic fuel injected or throttle body gasoline engines even turbo, super charged, and EcoBoost engines.  They even work on MDS fuel saver engines that shut off some cylinders when not needed.

This is how our Millennium Kit Operates:  The system is wired to turn off the fuel injectors when running on CNG.  No other engine wiring or engine devices are changed or adjusted.  This is why all our conversion kits are EPA compliant as they do not tamper with any engine devices.  The engine will start on gasoline and will automatically convert smoothly to CNG as soon as the engine starts.  It will run on CNG until the engine is turned off, or you push the button on the dash to switch to gasoline.  You can switch to either fuel anytime.  The regulator reduces the high pressure CNG coming from the CNG tank to zero pressure.  The mixer (venturi) is installed in the air intake between the air filter and the throttle body which provides single point fuel injection.  The mixer creates a negative pressure so the natural gas is sucked out of the regulator as the air volume is increased as the throttle is pushed.  An oxygen sensor on the engine's exhaust is monitored by the Millennium controller which controls an electronic valve (stepper motor).  The stepper motor is installed on the zero pressure natural gas fuel hose going to the mixer to provide the proper fuel ratio at all times.  On all gasoline engines the combustion air has always been precisely controlled with the throttle plate.  A mixer kit uses this precise air control to bring the fuel in with the air, letting the oxygen sensor adjust the fuel ratio.  This provides the best mixing of the gas and air which provides excellent engine performance.  The engine idles and runs the same as it does on gasoline without the intense programming and adjusting needed with sequential injection, fuel rail, conversion kits.  There is more information on sequential kits below.  The mixer does restrict the air flow some when running on gasoline, but not enough to effect the performance or fuel economy.

Energy and Water Solutions has been selling conversion kits since 2008 and has sold kits for nearly every engine. Mixer Kits
Mixer kits are known as mixer, aspirated, fogger, single point injection, or air intake conversion kits.  We have mixer kits for all engines including fuel injected, carburetor, and diesel.  These kits are the easiest to install and adjust and are the lowest cost.  They can be installed by the vehicle owner or experienced installers.  Below is more information about our kits.

Sequential multiport injection Kits
Our new sequential injection kits are for gasoline fuel injected engines only.  They cost more and are harder to install and program than our mixer kits.  We only sell to experienced installers.  We sell to vehicle owners only after attending  our  programming and installation training classes.  We recommend all installers attend our training classes before installing these kits.  Below is more information about our kits and training.  These kits are not available in LP.

DISADVANTAGES
Reduced Performance - With our conversion kits for gasoline engines performance is reduced by approximately 10% as natural gas has different physical attributes, and your engine was designed to run on gasoline. Diesel engines running on CNG and diesel will get about 25% more power, which is an advantage.
Storage Space for Storage Tank - The CNG tank will need to be installed in the trunk of most cars, in the truck bed of most trucks, or behind the back seat of an SUV or van. Sometimes smaller 11" diameter tanks can be installed underneath some vehicles.
Filling Station Availability - Some areas of the United States have few or no filling Stations.

When is the best time to buy?
Buy while gasoline prices are low and our prices are the lowest. When gasoline prices are high our prices may go up and we may run out of stock as demand is very high.

Why we only sell sequential injection kits to trained installers?
You should never purchase a sequential multiport injection kit unless you are an experienced installer or have attended the programming training from CNG Training, LLC.
1. They are hard to install.

2. They are very hard to program and adjust.   It takes many hours or days to program and adjust properly.
4. They can damage the catalytic converter if not adjusted properly as most are adjusted to eliminate check engine lights causing the engine to run rich.
6. The engines run the same as our mixer kits. We have tested both types of kits on the same engine on the same vehicle and the performance was the same.
8.  The tuning of sequential kits is mostly dependent on how the installer tunes the kit and not by sensors that keep the kit running properly.  The kit can easily be adjusted improperly which could cause damage to the engine or exhaust system.

Why we recommend our mixer kits for do it yourself and for experienced installers.
1.  Our mixer kits are easy to install and adjust.
2.  They are lower in cost.
2.  They use the oxygen sensor to adjust the fuel ratio so the engine runs with the same fuel ratio and exhaust temperatures eliminating any engine or any other damage to your vehicle.
3. The engines runs just as well with mixer kits.  We have tested both types of kits on the same engine on the same vehicle and the performance was the same.
4.  You do not have to wait for the engine to warm before you can run on CNG.  Mixer kits run on CNG immediately.  With sequential injection kits you have to drive 2 to 4 miles for the regulator to heat up before you can run on CNG.  Sequential kits are not practical for short trips as you will run on gasoline at least half of the time.
5.  They run well in all weather conditions.
6.  Our mixer kits are easy to install and program.  Mixer kits run just as good or better.  They have only one negative feature.  You will probably get a check engine light.  This is because the oxygen sensor response time is a little slower than what the engine's computer expects so it gets a lean or rich code, even when it is adjusted and running perfectly.  We are working on a solution and expect to have it resolved in a few months.  Buy an inexpensive scanner for under $40 to check and clear the codes occasionally and drive the vehicle for at least 2 days on gasoline only before any inspections and the codes will not be a problem.  Programming only takes a few minutes with a mixer kit.  You just set the parameters for your engine as explained in the software instructions and adjust the idle with the idle knob on the regulator.  It is that easy.
7.  There are many false statements about mixer kits from sequential kit installers.  The most common false statement is:  "The cylinders do not get the proper fuel to all the cylinders causing the engine to not run properly and burn valves with mixer kits".  The engine sucks the fuel into the cylinder on the down stroke while the intake valve is open so the fuel will always go to every cylinder equally, and the fuel ratio is controlled by the O2 sensor so the fuel ratio is always correct.  We sell both types of kits so our opinion is not biased.
